Johnson has been with Fusion Alliance since 2014 and has been a leader in the Cincinnati branch since October 2018. Born and raised in Toledo, Johnson has had a long and circuitous journey back to Ohio. His success at Owens Corning Fiberglass, US West (Denver), as entrepreneur/founder, and CEO of InER-G Solutions. Ltd., and at Veritas Software and Symantec Corp (Silicon Valley) running global IT Infrastructure and Shared Services have been powered by a philosophy instilled by his Mom starting at the age of five. “You can do anything you set your mind to. The only way you will fail is if you let people tell you that you can’t, and you believe them!”

Johnson is driven by intention and commitment. His objective is to take Fusion Alliance - Cincinnati to the next level. His goal – enable each team member to bring their best self to the table to proactively and collaboratively solve challenges and client business problems enabling accelerated digital transformation for their regional clients.

As Johnson emphasizes, “We are not just purveyors of technology expertise. We are human-factor enabled architects, designers, builders, and maintainers that bring process and innovation to the table.”

Team Fusion Alliance - Cincinnati has spurred innovation and solved complex business problems for many of the region’s largest and best-known corporate nameplates across multiple industry verticals including, grocery retail, banking, investments, financial services, insurance, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare. In addition, Fusion is committed to helping solve the tech skills shortage facing the region through collaboration with organizations like The InterAlliance of Greater Cincinnati, whose mission is to engineer and execute experiences designed to inspire young talent to pursue a career in the Greater Cincinnati IT industry. In support of this mission, Fusion recently co-sponsored TechOlympics 2019, the nation’s largest student-organized-and-led technology conference, engaging over 500 high-school and college students.

Back at the office, Johnson’s transformation efforts started with his senior staff. He has inspired them with his firm belief that, “Results = 99% Intention plus 1% Method.” With the team on board he has led several workshops with broad staff engagement. Each team member has documented what they want the team to accomplish. The responses have become the foundation for a service quality improvement initiative, with responsibility assigned across the team, and progress tracked.
